Michael has done paint and body work since he was a kid, and Kim spent years managing operations at body shops and dealerships before they opened Downtown Auto Body. Why We Don’t Sign Insurance Contracts
Preferred-shop agreements come with the insurance company’s rules on parts, labor rates and turnaround times. We’ve never signed one. We still take every insurer and handle the paperwork, but when the first estimate comes up short, we go back to the insurance company for what the repair really needs, not to you.
You don’t have to use your insurance company’s shop. In Oklahoma, the choice is yours.
